Early Childhood Educator

In our bilingual kindergarten at Phorms Campus Munich, we encourage children to try out new things, to respect themselves and others, to develop empathy for and interest in others, to be tolerant and patient, and to develop their own abilities. In this way, we build a strong foundation for their future education.

For our Crèche in Munich Bogenhausen, we are looking for motivated and qualified Early Childhood Educators (18 months to 3 year old children).

Responsibilities:

• Supporting and fostering the children in their individual development according to our Early Childhood curriculum.
• Understanding the children's learning journey through observation, assessment, and documentation.
• Cooperating closely with parents based on a professional parent-teacher partnership.
• Implementing ideas and concepts by embracing your own interests and strengths.
• Collaborating with your team colleagues in a respectful and supportive manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or a comparable qualification; relevant work experience in that field would be beneficial.
• Particular interest in working in the early childhood area.
• English speakers at a mother tongue level with the willingness to achieve an advanced German language level (B1).
• Team players with passion and motivation to engage with the kindergarten community.
• Keen to work in a bilingual and international work environment.
