YOUR TEAM

Within the division "FA Accounting & Tax" we are responsible for all treasury, tax and export control tasks and topics of CARIAD SE and the CARIAD subgroup. In doing so, we have close links and coordination with the Group departments "Group Tax (K-FS)" and "Group Treasury (K-FT)".

WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Responsible for With-Holding-Tax (WHT) related topics for CARIAD SE, WHT declaration and improving existing processes and advising on all WHT related issues.
2. Evaluation and assessment of Transfer Pricing topics with affiliated entities of VW Group according to Transfer Pricing Guideline including assessment of Intercompany agreements and transactions.
3. Yearly update of Transfer Pricing documentation such as Sub-Masterfile for CARIAD Group and Local File for CARIAD SE.
4. Fulfilling the requirements of TAX Compliance Management System (TCMS) for the area of tax responsibility.
5. Ongoing tax advice to group companies, specialized departments and M&A transactions including preparation of tax statements and presentations to decision-making bodies.
6. Working on special projects and tasks.

WHO YOU ARE

1. Preferable degree in Business Administration or Law with focus on Taxation or as Tax consultant (Steuerberater).
2. Several years of business experience with a global Corporate.
3. High level of abstraction, analysis and structuring skills.
4. Curious, progressive, diverse.
5. Fluent in German and English.
