Position: Mechanical Design Engineer

Location: Stuttgart, Germany

Type: Full-time

Tasks

• Development of complex optical systems and passive RF devices using 3D design
• Development of the overall design in collaboration with the optics and HF development groups
• Definition of interfaces and, if necessary, assignment of subtasks to subcontractors employees
• Preparation of all necessary production documents

• Master of Science Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
• Very good knowledge of 3D design and design methodology, preferably UG-NX
• Programming experience desirable (Java and C preferred)
• Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of Excel
• SAP/R3 knowledge is an advantage
• Strong willingness to take responsibility, flexibility, communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a team and high resilience
