Residential Licensed Conveyancer / Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive

With full remote working, on any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:

• Owning your own caseload of mixed residential property instructions
• Resolving complex legal issues related to the sale or purchase of a property
• Using our case management system to keep everything up to date and accurate
• Managing deadlines and dealing with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions
• Keeping clients, partners and other conveyancers updated on case progress
• Assisting with team development, coaching and mentoring (dependent on experience)
• Focusing on KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Undertake file audits and reviews (dependent on experience)

Requirements

All our teams work to exacting standards, and so we're looking for friendly and diligent Residential Conveyancing Property Lawyers with the following:

• Post qualified experience in residential conveyancing (SRA / CLC or CILEx)
• Evidence of recent CPD including AML training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong affinity for digital technology
• Experience and competency in freehold sales and purchases, leasehold sales and purchases, registered property, re-mortgaging work and transfers of equity
