LEGAL COUNSEL (f / m / d)

We are looking for brilliant legal minds to join our growing 360T Group legal team. As a key member of our team, you will review, interpret and translate legal requirements and effectively communicate these to the business and external stakeholders.

• Provide legal support and advice to upper management on relevant legal issues
• Ensure compliance with the internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities
• Calculate and handle risks in business process and decision making
• Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements etc.
• Execute procedures for e.g. protecting software licenses, patents, trademarks, and industrial designs
• Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company’s legal function

Your profile

• German State Exam
• Minimum three years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel in a law office or in the legal department of a financial institution, bank or insurance
• Strong consulting skills and above-average communication and conflict resolution skills
• Good organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills
• Analytical thinking with a high degree of accuracy and clarity in the written documentation
• High degree of independence, process orientation, analytical and conceptual skills
• Team spirit
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Business fluent in German and English, both orally and in writing
