Working Student Digital Transformation & Change Management (m/f/d)

What you'll do

• You will assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to ensure seamless transitions during our digital transformation projects.
• By working closely with various teams within our Global Digital Marketing & Brand department, you will support project managers and team members in their tasks.
• Helping to create engaging content, such as e-learnings, presentations, and intranet updates, will be part of your role, ensuring important messages are communicated effectively.
• You will aid in designing, updating, and delivering comprehensive training programs to help our employees utilize new digital tools and technologies efficiently.
• Additionally, your support in structured training formats and assistance in developing communication strategies will keep stakeholders well-informed about progress, impacts, and benefits.

Who you are

• As a current student in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Management, Media Studies, Marketing, Education, or a related field, you are well-prepared for this role.
• Your strong interest in digital transformation, change management, and organizational development drives your academic and professional pursuits.
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly; fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German is a plus.
• Working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment comes naturally to you.
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and with digital collaboration tools; experience in E-Learning tools (such as Articulate 360) is a plus.
