As a Senior Account Manager (m/f/d), you will enable businesses—from startups to large corporations—to package their products in a customized, simple, and flexible way. We make the process as easy and digital as possible for our customers, leveraging e-commerce and cutting-edge systems such as CRM, automation, and 3D modeling.

Your future customers will include coffee roasters, CBD retailers, and major players in the food industry. Thanks to your projects, you’ll see product packaging you helped create in supermarkets, boutiques, and cafés. Play a key role in Packiro’s growth, convince potential customers, and continuously develop strong business relationships. Bring your experience to a dynamic team, take on responsibility from day one, and shape your own sales approach. Following a structured plan, you will continuously expand your sales and product knowledge while achieving your financial and business goals transparently.

Your skills

  • Ability to lead complex sales negotiations, negotiate contracts, and create win-win situations for both the company and the customer.
  • Experience in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, including the ability to understand and respond effectively to customer needs.
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics and experience managing budgets and revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus) as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of digital processes and ideally experience in e-commerce.
  • Fluent German (native level) andEnglish at least C1 level to effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Completed professional sales training in a methodology such as Sandler, MEDDIC, SPIN, or a comparable approach.
  • No deep packaging expertise? No problem! We are looking for sales talents and will guide you step by step into the world of packaging.

Your Challenges

  • Independent execution of all sales processes related to product sales, including product and solution presentations, contract negotiations and drafting, etc.
  • Responsible for personal account management and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
  • Development of strategic plans to increase revenue and maximize customer retention.
  • Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Identification and development of new business opportunities as well as growth potential within existing key accounts.
