For our customer Celltrion, a Biosimilar Market Leader, we are looking for a Regional Business Manager (f/m/d) Oncology.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's oncology portfolio at business relevant regional stakeholders (HCPs, field-based, hospitals, local sick funds, networks like HCP associations).
- Identify potential customers, networks, and stakeholders in the Oncology business and interact with them to expand business volume.
- Work closely with the marketing department to develop and implement strategies and support projects for all stakeholder groups.
- Maintain constant communication and interaction with identified customers in the area through personal visits, calls, project work, education events, and other channels.
- Lead the MCM (dotted line) linked to the business area and manage customer prescriptions of oncology drugs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Competent discussion and contact person for oncology-therapeutic physicians and all stakeholders.
- Planning and implementation of activities for various specialist groups and their support staff.
- Reduce local market access barriers in cooperation with the Market Access department.
- Provide scientific advice on the use, effect, composition, and risks of monoclonal antibodies and future oncology drugs.
- Share experiences with customers and relay information to the back office.
- Develop formats and projects for interaction with customer groups in collaboration with all x-functional departments (Marketing, Medical, Market Access).
- Present the latest data on our products.
- Expand and maintain existing customer relationships and acquire new customers.
- Achieve company-specific goals, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
- Plan and implement events and fulfill administrative tasks including documentation and maintenance of internal customer databases.
- Analyze and evaluate sales trends based on sales figures.
- Create and implement business plans and manage the budget.
- Participate in regional events and nationwide congresses.
- Conduct proactive competitive monitoring and report to the Team-Lead.
- Consult and cooperate with reinforcements from the back office.
- Participate actively in conferences and projects while observing relevant compliance regulations.
- Experience and confidence in handling and using IT systems.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies in pharmacy, medicine, chemistry, biology, or related fields.
- Good contacts to oncology customers and stakeholders, opinion leaders, and relevant networks.
- Demonstrable successes in previous roles.
- Good knowledge of stakeholder decision drivers and influencing areas.
- Experience in supporting marketing activities and project management.
- Professional experience in specialist and clinic field service in the pharmaceutical field, especially around biologicals or biosimilars.
- High degree of customer orientation and communication skills.
- Reliable, structured, responsible, and independent work ethic with teamwork capabilities.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel; driver’s license class B.
