Senior Python Application Developer (f/m/d)

Your tasks:
You are a self-motivated developer and want to join our international and agile team? Welcome! You will be part of our Risk Development team that migrates our existing risk landscape to our target platform that is based on Kubernetes and Google Cloud. You will create and re-design fully IT managed solutions in close collaboration with our business departments. You wouldn't just implement the features, you will also learn our business behind it to support our stakeholders and the best why. You will bring in your own ideas and help us to continuously modernize, standardize, automate and flexibilize our processes.

Your skills:

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or an IT specialist apprenticeship and your heart beats passionately for software development
• You bring along several years of working experience in development, deployment and design of containerized solutions
• Deep knowledge in Python (we use 3.11) and its ecosystem (Pandas, SQLAlchemy, ...)
• You have proven knowledge and several years of practical work experience in the area of Kubernetes/ Google Cloud Platform/ OpenShift
• Understanding of the DevOps principle and ideally even working experience in its implementation
• Attention to detail and a passion for writing maintainable and high-quality software
• Team spirit and readiness to show initiative & ownership in a dynamic, agile environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English
