TAKKT group are expanding our presence in Budapest, Hungary, to host the new European TAKKT Competence Center (TCC). Building on recent improvements in our processes and customer experience, the TCC will support our European colleagues in streamlining processes, modernizing systems, and driving innovation. This expansion means we will be hiring highly skilled experts in digital and future-focused competencies, ensuring that we remain competitive and customer-centric as we embrace new technologies, including AI.

We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst (CRM / Offer to Order) to join our team and play a key role in improving and enhancing our CRM systems and business processes. In this position, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, implement CRM features, and ensure CRM systems support business success. If you have experience in CRM systems and a passion for driving business improvements, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose CRM-based solutions.
  • CRM Feature Development: Develop and implement CRM features that enhance customer engagement and contribute to business success.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Customization & Configuration: Customize and configure CRM systems to meet specific business needs, ensuring efficient functionality.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to users on CRM systems, enhancing adoption and effective use.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation on CRM processes, configurations, and best practices.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving CRM system issues, coordinating with IT or vendors as necessary.
  • Status Reporting: Regularly report the progress of feature development to the Product Owner, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.

Professional Requirements

  • Several years of experience in IT architecture and solution design, preferably with CRM systems, or ideally Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong knowledge of software development, databases, networking, and cloud technologies.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role with a focus on CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) and related tools.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices (Safe).
  • Industry knowledge in retail is a plus.
  • Knowledge in project management and data analysis with the ability to report on key performance metrics.

Personal Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
