Account Manager

Uhura Digital is looking for an Account Manager to join their team in Berlin.

Your Tasks:

• You will work closely with the management to expand our service areas in strategy development, UX design, and technology implementation.
• You will identify and acquire projects and support business for new and existing clients.
• You recognize customer needs, work analytically on the right offer and solution formulations, and thus quickly generate further sales potential.
• You will present convincing concepts and approaches to the customer and oversee the entire process from addressing the customer, developing and presenting solutions and offers to onboarding customers and account management.
• You are the “customer whisperer” and are committed to building long-term customer relationships.

Your Profile:

• You are always up to date with relevant market trends and competitors and provide thoughtful insights to the agency at an early stage.
• You enjoy networking and attending events, presenting the agency from time to time. Ideally, you already have a network that can be activated.
