Your Mission

1. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and analyzing key metrics to provide insights on business performance.
2. Data Analysis: Assist with data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis in Excel or other financial software, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
3. Process Improvement: Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements to streamline financial operations.
4. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all financial documentation complies with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
5. Accounts payable: Support the head of accounting with accounts payable.

Your Skills

1. Student Status: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
2. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
3. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with financial software and Excel; experience with ERP (DATEV) or Spendesk is a plus.
4. Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; German proficiency is a plus.
5. Interest in SaaS and Tech: Eagerness to learn about the SaaS B2B industry and a genuine interest in tech-driven financial practices.
