Leasing Analyst (Germany - all cities)

We are currently looking for Analysts of all levels for our Leasing team in Germany (all cities). The team is involved in the reviewing, analyzing, and maintenance of lease agreements for properties ensuring accuracy in terms, rent calculations, and compliance with contract provisions.

Areas of responsibility

• Reviewing real estate leases and documents to capture critical information (e.g., payments, dates, responsibilities).
• Working with clients up to 500 sqm.
• Producing reports and data collection for managers and clients as needed.
• Preparing investment memorandums.
• Preparing data rooms for clients and key stakeholders.
• Working with supervision and direction.

Required Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in real estate brokerage.
• Preferably a university degree at the MBA level with an economics/real estate focus.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and strong time management skills to prioritize tight deadlines.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
• Ability to be proactive, anticipate demands, and accomplish tasks with minimal direction and oversight.
• Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication skills; able to interface with clients including their top-level executives.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively.
• Ability to work independently while being a team player.
