Warehouse Logistics Specialist (f / m / d)

Are you looking for a new challenge in the warehouse and logistics sector? Then we have just the thing for you! We are looking for a motivated warehouse logistics specialist to join our team.

Your main tasks include:

1. Receiving goods, checking delivery bills, and taking care of storage and booking in the ERP system.
2. Preparing orders and getting them ready for dispatch so that everything arrives at the right place at the right time.
3. Creating the appropriate shipping documents and making the corresponding bookings in the ERP system.
4. Keeping track of our logistics items, such as cardboard boxes or labels, and reordering them independently when something is running low.
5. In close coordination with Sales, Production, and Purchasing, prioritizing tasks and ensuring a smooth process.

PROFILE

• You have completed training as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification and have several years of experience in warehousing and shipping.
• You are familiar with PCs and already have experience with ERP systems.
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office and work confidently with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ideally, you already have experience with ISO, but this is not a must.
• Experience in import/export and an industrial truck license would be an advantage.
• You have a good command of German and English to communicate with our internal and external contacts.
