In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Design, debug, finetune and optimize FPGA based designs and firmware for power electronics, real-time control, real-time networking, measurements, etc.
• Write documentation, tooling and tests for your designs
• Deploy and verify the firmware on hardware prototypes;
• Work in a multi-disciplinary team with software, hardware and firmware engineers

For This Role, You Will Need :

• Master degree in Micro-electronics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent;
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Expertise in VHDL and experience using Intel and / or Xilinx toolchains
• Experience working with analog electronics, ability to read schematics and use electronic lab equipment (e.g. scopes)
• Ability to read and understand embedded software code
• Strong coding skills, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code, along with related tests, documentation, and packaging
• Good communication skills in English and German

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart :

• Experience with power electronics and / or high voltage equipment;
• Experience with simulation and automated test
• Experience with IP integrator
• Experience with control theory and / or digital filtering
