JOB PURPOSE / ROLE

As a Customer Service Manager (m / f / d) – Allianz Group you are part of a diverse service management team that aims to provide the best services for our international clients. You play a key role in the client relationship management, mainly the analysis of financial data requests including management of service deliveries, service improvements, and service performance. Apart from that, you will be involved in various projects as the face to the customer.

You can expect an excellently staffed and motivated team of experts and an international environment with flat hierarchies. We offer an extensive onboarding program to support your entry into IDS GmbH.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operate as the key contact for assigned (mainly Allianz internal) investment management clients.
2. Analysis of diverse client requests mainly related to financial, investment data, and internal processes.
3. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
4. Alignment with clients, team members as well as IDS operating and project teams.
5. Proactively identify process improvements and work with experts from other departments to ensure the continuous improvement of our services.
6. Collect and develop specific knowledge to become a subject matter expert.
7. Member of projects and interface between business and technical requirements.
8. Manage client service level agreements (SLA) and budgets.

KEY REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

1. University degree in economics, business administration, mathematics, and/or equivalent experience in finance.
2. Work experience in the insurance or financial industry (e.g., Accounting, Risk, regulatory requirements, Solvency II) is a plus.
3. Good capital markets, finance, and asset/investment management knowledge.
4. High data affinity and experience in data analysis, preferably with relational databases (SQL, PL/SQL).
5. Strong service attitude and customer orientation.
6. Strong analytical approach and the ability to take initiative and to complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8. High degree of analytical thinking, motivation, autonomy, and an above-average willingness to perform.
9. Very good in English, German is a plus.
