As Head of Sales at circulee, you report to circulee’s CEO and will play an integral role in shaping circulee’s growth and capturing its potential. You own the strategic direction of our Inside Sales Team and its performance. You are responsible for managing our Inside Sales activities end-to-end, focusing on target achievement in customer acquisition and retention, while increasing productivity and efficiency through data and systems, which you test and implement along the sales process. As part of your leadership role, you will translate strategic objectives into key performance indicators (KPIs) and individual targets. While you shape and own circulee’s sales strategy, you will also remain closely involved (“hands-on”) in major deals and key accounts, leading by example in client acquisition and retention. You will coach, mentor and develop sales managers, optimizing team performance through data and automation, and act as a crucial link between sales and other departments to ensure smooth execution of deals.
