My client in the remarketing automotive industry is expanding its digital wholesale platform and is looking for a Head of Buyer Engagement to drive buyer activation, retention, and loyalty across Europe. This role is ideal for a strategic and data-driven leader with expertise in buyer engagement, customer success, and the European used car market.
Tasks
Build and lead a remote, multi-cultural buyer engagement team.
Develop and execute strategies to attract, activate, and retain buyers.
Use data analytics & market research to optimize engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies.
Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track success and drive improvements.
Requirements
5-10 years of experience in buyer engagement, customer success, or sales.
Strong leadership experience in the European wholesale automotive sector.
Proven success in scaling engagement functions and managing remote teams.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in German & English (additional EU languages a plus).
