Support Specialist Global Product Marketing (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

1. Administrative support for the Global Product Management and Evidence Generation teams
2. Managing and maintaining processes like iLiss/ Codesoft, DAM Celum, Hybris PIM, PDM
3. Acting as Online Manager for platforms such as e-Seller, Hartmann Direct, and hartmann.info
4. Conducting quarterly queries and further analyses to support the team
5. Internal communication tasks, such as event organization, information management, and data provision

Qualifications:

1. Completed commercial education or a bachelor’s degree
2. Ideally, experience as a Support Specialist in global marketing (with an IT focus)
3. Proficient use of digital tools
4. Structured and reliable way of working
5. Ability to gather, exchange, and shape new improvements
6. Strong service and support orientation, flexibility, resilience, and curiosity
7. Solution- and results-oriented approach
8. Fluent in English and German
