Installation, configuration, and setup of complex IT systems
Deployment and maintenance of IT systems (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, etc.)
Hardware repairs and 2nd level support tasks using a ticketing system
Creation of system documentation
Direct client interaction and troubleshooting diverse technical challenges
Your skills:
Completed training as IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience
Experience in IT support and handling ticketing systems
Software + Hardware knowledge in Second Level Support as well as experience in the Microsoft environment
Strong communication skills and a good command of English, which you enjoy using on a daily basis
Experience with printers and smartphones
