3. Hardware repairs and 2nd level support tasks using a ticketing system
4. Creation of system documentation
5. Direct client interaction and troubleshooting diverse technical challenges

Your skills:

1. Completed training as IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience
2. Experience in IT support and handling ticketing systems
3. Software + Hardware knowledge in Second Level Support as well as experience in the Microsoft environment
4. Strong communication skills and a good command of English, which you enjoy using on a daily basis
5. Experience with printers and smartphones
