Customer Platform Lead (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

  1. Leading the Customer Platform Team to establish, maintain and continuously evolve digital customer platform capabilities to enable seamless omnichannel customer experiences across marketing, sales and service channels.
  2. Develop customer platform vision and strategy, define/manage portfolio and roadmap for digital capabilities & tools based on global directions, business needs, transformation requirements and in close alignment with IT.
  3. Lead, coach and support customer platform team consisting of product owners and EMEA key users, manage regional and local key business and IT stakeholders.
  4. Define, drive and facilitate structured release, requirements and change request management process (strategic and operational requirements) in alignment with global priorities.
  5. Act as primary counterpart and gateway to IT ‘Delivery Factory’ as well as IT architecture, security, support and maintenance organization.
  6. Serve as primary contact for regulatory, compliance and customer core data topics across platform products, ensure together with functional / IT counterparts platform setup is in line with GDPR / QARA / audit requirements.
  7. Contribute to business rollout, testing, training, change and communication activities, ensure platform success and adoption over time.
  8. Manage platform related line budgets (where applicable).

Your Qualifications

  1. Degree in business administration (BA or MBA).
  2. Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies and leading agile teams, track record in owning CRM platforms (Salesforce is a plus) and managing adoption and change.
  3. Strong leadership skills.
  4. Proven experience with cloud solutions & data.
  5. Good business (process) knowledge with regards to CRM processes, different business models and sales incentives; preferably in the MedTech industry.
  6. Proven experience in leading and managing projects in international environments.
  7. Ability to lead and connect with business / functional / regional and IT stakeholders.
  8. Strong communication capabilities.
  9. Interdisciplinary team player, decision maker (prioritization, "power of no").
  10. High customer and result orientation.
  11. Resilience and ability to work on several parallel workstreams.
  12. Hands-on mentality.
  13. Fluent business English (oral and written).
