Your mission as Salesforce (CRM) Administrator (m/f/d)

In this role, you will manage and maintain our Salesforce environment, providing second-level support, ensuring smooth system operations, and optimizing Salesforce to meet business needs. Your work will focus on user management, data integrity, system maintenance, and the creation of reports and dashboards. Additionally, you will implement automation through Flows, support training initiatives, and develop enhancements using HTML, APEX, and Pardot.

What else will you be doing as Salesforce (CRM) Administrator (m/f/d)

• Provide second-level support for Salesforce-related issues, managing and resolving tickets promptly.

• Handle user account management, including the creation, deletion, and modification of user profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings.

• Conduct regular system maintenance tasks such as system updates, health checks, and performance monitoring to ensure peak performance.

• Oversee data integrity by managing data imports, exports, and updates while performing regular data audits and cleansing activities.

• Create, maintain, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.

• Provide training and support to end-users, helping them understand and effectively utilize Salesforce features.

• Design and implement process automation using Salesforce Flows to improve workflows and business processes.

• Develop and maintain custom components using HTML, APEX, and other Salesforce development tools.

• Manage and optimize Pardot, including email marketing campaigns, automation rules, and lead nurturing processes.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration and customization.

• Experience in managing and resolving Salesforce tickets and user support requests.

• Proficiency in Salesforce Administration, including user management, security settings, and data management.

• Knowledge of HTML and APEX for developing and customizing Salesforce components.

• Experience with Pardot for marketing automation.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce automation tools, especially Flows.

• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) required.

• Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM 301) is a plus.

• Additional Salesforce certifications related to specific clouds or tools are an advantage.
