Head of Lean & Process Optimization (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Shaping the company's operational excellence strategy (GROWTTH) together with the program managers and the Operations and Industrial Engineering management team

• Leading LEAN initiatives and projects on a national and international level

• Promoting continuous improvement in production through the planning and implementation of Kaizen events, value stream mapping, lean training and other measures

• Active involvement in the Operational Excellence / GROWTTH network within Freudenberg and other company networks

• Personnel management and development as well as coordination and prioritization of activities within the team

Qualifications:

• Completed studies, e.g. industrial engineering or business administration

• Experience in lean methods and their implementation

• Preferably Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean System Black Belt

• Moderation and presentation skills as well as strong communication skills at different hierarchical levels

• Collaborative, cross-functional thinking and an analytical, structured approach, coupled with strong implementation skills

• Independent way of working and entrepreneurial thinking

• Fluent in written and spoken German and English (B2)

• If possible: management experience
