North & Central Europe is Vestas' largest region globally and within our Service Supply Chain, Repair, and Tools organization we are looking for a capable and motivated Specialist (Manager) to optimize and oversee the tools function in North and Central Europe. Reporting directly to the Head of Service Supply Chain, Repair, and Tools for Northern and Central Europe you will define and operate the function ensuring that tools used in construction and service are present and operationally ready across all locations in the region. Furthermore, in this Manager level position, you will become a part of the Northern and Central European Service Supply Chain and Tools Management Group and work in a team of highly skilled and motivated business leaders on manager, senior manager, and director level.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of strategic supply chain projects within Northern and Central Europe
• Managing the performance for strategic supply chain initiatives anchored within the various functional organizations under supply chain
• Ensuring and monitoring traction of projects anchored within the various organizations under supply chain
• Developing an efficient, fact-based, and performance-driven organizational culture within the Supply Chain organization

Qualifications

• A bachelor's or master's degree in General Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• A pragmatic, structured, and fact-based approach to your work
• The ability to identify improvement areas and manage continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience with stakeholder management on a managerial level
• Experience in performance management and managing a portfolio of projects
• English language skills at negotiation level
• Is well-structured, pragmatic, and ready to perform assigned tasks
• Exhibits a constructive and positive response to challenges
• Is creative and practical, with advanced stakeholder management skills
• Can oversee, organize, structure, and deliver on strategic and complex optimization projects
• Balances quality and deadlines, prioritizes workloads, and adapts to changing scenarios
• Communicates clearly and factually to colleagues and management
