- A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience is required.
- Strong experience in software sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in German and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A track record of managing new license growth alongside strategic account development.
- Master’s degree in engineering, science, or business-related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive industry players and market dynamics.
