Work contract: 12 month Fixed Term

Location: Berlin hybrid or remote within Germany

Responsibilities:

• Work with our CMS Storyblock and its integrations. Your primary responsibility lies in the maintenance of content and assets.
• Support the post-production of learning assets, e.g. video shoots.
• Take care of the maintenance of our DAM platforms.
• Coordination of localisation projects for our learning library.
• Support our sales team by taking care of the technical setup for learning customizations.
• Bring a technical perspective to our editorial team and be involved in the creation of a world-class library of professional development content.

About You:
We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Experience in one of the following fields: Content Management, Content Development, Digital Project Management, Media Production.
• The ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external 3rd party vendors.
• Are tech-savvy and eager to learn.
• A creative mindset to design engaging content.
• Attention to detail and the ability to analyse data/spot underperforming content.
• Strong organizational skills and a positive, pragmatic and collaborative mindset.
• English language competencies (C2)/fluent.
