Your profile

Your Role:
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will serve as the central interface between sales, customers, and internal teams. You will ensure the seamless execution of won projects and maintain long-term customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will support the Head of Sales with strategic customer management, process optimization, and operational sales tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Ensure seamless execution of customer projects, aligning with internal teams to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
• Customer Engagement: Maintain strong relationships, follow up proactively, and turn feedback into opportunities.
• Process Optimization: Streamline sales operations, improve workflows, and implement new tools for efficiency.
• Sales Support: Assist in planning key customer meetings, preparing reports, and identifying market opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales operations, customer support, or project management, ideally in the automotive or energy sector.
• Experience with complex B2B sales processes and technical understanding of battery storage, second-life usage, or recycling is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
• Independent, structured work style with a hands-on mentality and solution-oriented mindset.

• Knowledge of SEMrush.
• Experience in Green Tech startups, IoT, or Energy.
• Technical understanding of battery systems or energy storage solutions.
• Strong interest in Automotive, Electric Vehicles, or Renewable Energy.

Circunomics GmbH, based in Mainz, Germany was founded in 2019. Circunomics is leading the industry by offering a comprehensive battery lifecycle management solution. Co-Founders, Felix Wagner and Jan Born, are dedicated to establishing a true circular battery economy, which in turn, maximizes each stage of battery life. Circunomics has developed an AI-powered, B2B marketplace where cells, modules, and packs can be sold and purchased. The company has been supported thus far by seed investors and business angels. Startup builder Next Mobility Labs, recycler TES, Orlen VC, and Dr. Peter Mertens (former Chief Technology Officer of Audi) are some of the key players. The Series A funding round was completed in December of 2024 with the addition of investors, Schaeffler and GET Fund.

Official expansion into the US Market transpired in January of 2025 with the hiring of Adam Willmouth who will serve as the company's US Managing Director. Circunomics looks forward to further collaboration with current US clients and to further growth within this key global market.
