Business Analyst Intern/Working Student (Med/Biotech Industry) (m/w/d)

Your mission

We're currently seeking a proactive Business Analyst (m/w/d) Intern or Working Student to support our commercial team. In this role, we are looking for someone with strong online research skills and a sharp eye for business and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of the scientific field related to our product, product specifications and applications, as well as an in-depth understanding of the market and customers.

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential customers (lead generation) and collaborators in the field of MRI science, oncology, cardiology, neurology, and other relevant disciplines.

• Collaborate closely with the business development team to qualify leads, improve and prioritize outreach efforts based on strategic objectives.

• Support the sales team with market research tasks.

• Analyze market trends, industry reports, and scientific literature to inform our business development team and identify emerging opportunities for growth.

Your profile

• B.Sc / M.Sc / in life sciences or a related field. Educational background in medicine / medical physics / MRI is considered an advantage.

• Strong interest in the intersection of technology, healthcare, and business, with a desire to learn about the biotech industry.

• Excellent online research skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize complex information from diverse sources.

• Proficiency in using online databases, search engines, and other research tools to conduct market research.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.

• Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• English proficiency. German language skills are a plus.

• Can dedicate a minimum of 20 hours per week.

• Minimum commitment of 6 months for the internship duration.
