YOUR NEW ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Service Manager to join our customer-centric Global Strategic Marketing team.
With the digitization of our product portfolio, we have an opportunity to create enhanced customer value through digital insights and analytics. In this role you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless transitions from the portfolio strategy to regional strategy, maximizing customer value throughout the lifetime of their products.
As an essential member of our product team, you will work closely with engineering, service, and sales – along with business stakeholders from across the company – to create new value in our products.
Strategy:
- Define and drive the creation of the (digital) service strategy and long-term roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and market opportunities.
- Define and deploy a comprehensive service portfolio strategy incorporating cross-functional inputs, balancing digital and capital product life cycle requirements with the regional business opportunities to drive profitable growth.
- Create and own strategic project charters cross-functionally to develop and validate new service and market opportunities.
Product Ownership:
- Drive and guide customer and sales insights collection, through VOC and secondary market research to identify and validate business opportunities and unmet needs.
- Review and validate new service concept and product requirements to be in line with the service portfolio strategy.
- Organize customer evaluation sessions activities to ensure the gathering of customers’ feedback as cross-functional input for new product scoping and evaluating product portfolio needs.
- Develop and deploy an annual service marketing plan to support the regional sales and service objectives and drive the execution of these services tactics together with the regions.
- Create and review the service-related project documents and ensure successful PDP stage gate reviews.
Service and Marketing Support:
- Be the assigned service portfolio go-to person for the organization, driving and owning all service-related deliverables for this portfolio.
- Define and execute product life cycle portfolio management for the products, supporting the cross-functional teams and the regions.
- Collect and analyze service market and competitive intelligence and translate this into meaningful insights for innovation and competitive actions for the regional teams.
- Develop and create commercial service collaterals.
Stakeholders management:
- Establish strong working relationships across functions to garner feedback and ensure internal voices are captured and influence product needs as appropriate.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, industry leaders, and third-party vendors to enhance product offerings and market positioning.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with key customers.
ABOUT YOU
- Solid product management experience in the medical device industry.
- Strong experience in healthcare informatics or MedTech digital services is preferred.
- Ability to translate analytical and strategic thinking into actionable plans for the teams.
- Remote work experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a virtual environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally for 50% of the time.
- Master degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, Science or Marketing AND/OR MBA OR equivalent experience.
