Parallel Pictures is an early-stage AI startup reshaping fashion imagery. We produce high-end, AI-generated campaign and e-commerce content for fashion, luxury, and DTC brands - offering an alternative to traditional photoshoots with scalable visuals. We've already secured high-profile clients and are now building a platform where brand, models, and influencers can create high-end AI visuals and assets.

We're looking for a Founding COO / Operations Co-Founder to help us scale Parallel Pictures into an AI content powerhouse.

Ideally Berlin, London, or Zurich-based (remote)

Full-time | Co-Founder Role (Equity-based)

What you’ll own:

• End-to-end Operations: Build and manage delivery pipelines for AI content (from client briefing to final delivery)
• Process + Systems: Set up scalable workflows (Notion, Slack, CRM, task management) and lead project tracking
• Freelancer Management: Coordinate designers, AI specialists, editors, and creative freelancers
• Project & Timeline Ownership: Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Internal Team Coordination: Keep creatives, tech, and client communication aligned
• Scale Foundations: Prepare systems for growth — from creative agency to SaaS product
• Support Fundraising: Contribute to investor operations, decks, and financial planning when needed

• You’ve run operations in a creative or tech startup (agency, marketplace, SaaS)
• You love building systems and bringing clarity to chaos
• You’re hands-on but strategic, with a clear eye on growth
• You’re obsessed with timelines, tracking, and execution
• You have experience working with freelancers, remote teams, and creatives
• Bonus: You’ve worked in AI, marketing, or fashion-tech before
