Join our innovative team as (Senior) Consultant Tech & AI Implementation to drive AI-powered transformation for our clients. This role blends strategic consulting, technical expertise, and project oversight, ensuring the successful delivery of AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage project planning, and contribute to the continuous evolution of our AI & Architecture Solutions Portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on AI-driven solutions, from strategy and conception to implementation.
• Identify and select relevant data sources and design IT & data architectures for AI applications.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare structured & unstructured data for AI-driven insights.
• Collaborate with customers to identify AI challenges and develop innovative, business-aligned solutions using LLMs and cloud platforms.
• Design and lead workshops & training sessions to support AI adoption.
• Stay up to date with AI advancements, identifying opportunities to apply emerging technologies.
• Translate business requirements into AI use cases and guide technical teams in implementation.
• Design and optimize machine learning & deep learning solutions tailored to business needs.
• Develop Python-based AI solutions using LangChain, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Maintain clear documentation of AI models, processes, and methodologies.
• Actively contribute to large-scale AI & IT transformation projects.
• Plan and oversee resource utilization for ongoing projects together with the Head of Growth.
• Ensure AI solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI consulting or a similar role with strong customer interaction.
• Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques, with hands-on experience in implementing AI solutions.
• Familiarity with AI development tools and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate technical and business challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience in creating and presenting business cases for AI adoption.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and German is a must. Min. German level C1 is required for this position.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data manipulation tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SQL) and deploying AI models in production.
• Experience in collecting, preprocessing, and analyzing large datasets to ensure high-quality data input for AI models.
• Familiarity with LangChain for building robust, scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with Zapier or MS PowerAutomate.
• Knowledge in building and maintaining AI evaluation pipelines.
