The Opportunity

To be a part of Cint’s Salesforce Centre of Excellence in India.

To play a major role in the evolution of the Salesforce products at Cint, building complex CPQ’s, Orchestrations, and native integrations.

Driving innovation for sales engagement and success.

Delivering AI bots to serve our customers better.

Developing innovative solutions to complex problems over the entire customer lifecycle.

Helping and supporting all business departments to use Salesforce to its full potential.

The Team

You’ll be joining the Strategy and Operations Org within Cint and be part of the Business technology team, made up of BI, NetSuite, Integration, and Salesforce teams.

Reporting to the Salesforce Technical Architect, the team consists of two Product Managers, two Senior Salesforce Administrators, and three Developers.

The Salesforce team is almost entirely based in India, along with the Integrations team of two.

What You Will Do

1. Develop secure and high-quality production code, and review and debug code written by others.
2. Design (configure, customize, and implement) Salesforce systems to meet business requirements in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
3. Provide technical expertise and support for software products, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
4. Engage in reviews and debug code written by others and propose improvements.
5. Work closely with the product team to analyze ways of achieving the end goal, identifying areas for improvement across the product solution set, and then moving forward to integrate these solutions.
6. Influence peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies.
7. Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
8. Serve as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus.
9. Actively contribute to the engineering community as an advocate of firm-wide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle.
10. Support internal users with a wide range of SFDC engineering and admin tasks.
11. Add to the team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Qualifications

1. 5 years of experience as a SFDC developer/engineer.
2. Expertise in declarative automation, system customization, and working with AppExchange packages.
3. Strong knowledge of integration patterns and techniques on the Salesforce platform.
4. Experience in applying architecture design concepts and object-oriented principles in projects.
5. Skilled in refactoring and modernizing legacy configurations and code.
6. Competence in implementing and working with DevOps solutions.

Bonus Points If You Have

1. Understanding or have worked within complex software development environments.
2. Previously been part of a Merger and Acquisition (M&A) project to move or deprecate items from one Salesforce instance to another.
3. Worked with NetSuite/Finance processes.
4. Worked with Databricks.
