Mitarbeiter 2nd Level IT-Support Onsite (m/w/d)

What to Expect: As a 2nd Level IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's IT infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Installation, configuration, and setup of complex IT systems
  2. Deployment and maintenance of IT systems (MS Win 10, MS Active Directory, etc.)
  3. Hardware repairs and 2nd level support tasks using a ticketing system
  4. Creation of system documentation

Your Skills:

  1. At least 2 years of professional experience in IT Support
  2. Software & Hardware knowledge in Second Level
  3. Experience with ticketing systems, Microsoft environment, and Windows operating system
  4. Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (B1)
