Job Description:

As a (Senior) Process Manager Finance – Supply Chain, you will drive efficiency, automation, and compliance in supply chain finance and inventory planning. You will optimize ERP processes, integrate financial operations with inventory management, and collaborate with key stakeholders to improve accuracy and scalability. Your goal: reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and enable real-time reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Design, document, and implement scalable processes for supply chain finance and inventory planning.
• Ensure all workflows are efficient, compliant, and future-proof.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, Tech, and Operations to optimize ERP and financial processes.
• Ensure seamless integration between ERP, WMS, and procurement tools.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement automation solutions (e.g., RPA) to enhance speed and accuracy.
• Improve data integrity, reduce manual work, and drive real-time reporting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Process Management, or a related field (certifications like Prince2, PMP, Lean/Six Sigma are a plus).
• Proven experience in process design, ERP systems, and supply chain finance.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and warehousing/procurement tools.
• Passion for process optimization, automation, and driving change.
• Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
