Your Responsibilities

  1. Planning and management of IT financials and IT budget of the Global IT organization (across all regions, units & IT functions), including implementation of required governance & processes, the definition of cost / charging models, setting and negotiating targets, and ensuring adequate funding (in collaboration with Finance).
  2. Collaborate with Finance and IT functions in the design and implementation of best practice IT financial regular reports, and provide them to IT management and other key stakeholders.
  3. Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, annual financial closing processes from IT side.
  4. Manage the functional cost center forecasting process and submissions (with global and regional components).
  5. Investigate, analyze, and prepare recommendations for appropriate cost management actions, including involving relevant stakeholders.
  6. Oversee IT cost saving initiatives and track process.
  7. Establish a structure to monitor and analyze financial performance of the global IT organization (including all regions, units & IT functions), e.g. guidelines, processes, and procedures to be adhered to by all relevant teams.
  8. Lead, motivate, develop, and appraise team members so that their individual and collective performance is of the required standard and meets the current and future needs of the business.

Your Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or in other related field.
  2. Minimum 7 years specialized experience in finance.
  3. Minimum 5 years experience working in/with IT, focused on financial management, cost management, or related areas.
  4. Progressive experience in a multi-national, multi-divisional technology environment with demonstrated experience in planning, forecasting, modeling, analysis and reporting.
  5. Experience with financial management tools.
  6. Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, part of it in global companies.
  7. Experience in successfully managing a team across multiple geographies, including goal setting, work reviews, performance reviews and day-to-day coaching.
