Senior Full-Stack Developer Lead mwd

Get2Germany is a platform designed to transform the professional recognition of healthcare professionals and connect doctors with German hospitals, clinics, and training providers to address the shortage of medical professionals in Germany.

Tasks

This is a full-time hybrid role for a FullStack Developer (m / f / d) at Get2Germany located in Berlin, Germany (hybrid work model possible).

As a FullStack developer, you will be at the intersection of strategy development and analytics, ensuring our platform is efficient, scalable, and user-centric. You will work closely with a small team of designers, the founders, and the content team to build a platform that is deeply rooted in data and technical excellence.

Requirements

1. Own the product roadmap: Define, prioritize, and execute product features based on user needs, market trends, and data insights.
2. Lead fullstack decision-making: Work alongside developers to ensure seamless backend (Django, PostgreSQL, AWS) and frontend (React, Next.js, Tailwind) implementation.
3. Leverage data-driven methodologies: Set up data pipelines, analytics dashboards (SQL, etc.), and drive A/B testing to inform decisions.
4. Optimize user journeys: Work with UX/UI designers to ensure a frictionless, conversion-optimized user experience.
5. Ensure scalability & performance: Collaborate with engineers on system architecture, ensuring the platform can scale effectively and handle the data in an effective manner.
6. Bridge business & tech: Translate high-level business objectives into actionable development tasks and features.

What You Bring

1. Educational background: Completed a CS degree or similar and having worked for multiple years already.
2. Technical proficiency: Multiple years of hands-on experience with fullstack development (backend & frontend) and an understanding of scalable architectures.
3. Data-driven approach: Experience with SQL, analytics tools, A/B testing, and setting up KPIs/metrics to measure product success.
4. Agility & ownership: Ability to work in lean, fast-paced environments, taking full ownership of initiatives.
5. Experience in platform businesses: Having built or scaled digital platforms before.
