Mitarbeiter IT Support 2nd Level Onsite (m/w/d)

Are you passionate about IT and eager to make a real difference? Hemmersbach, one of the fastest-growing companies, is seeking an Onsite IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Frankfurt am Main.

In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support, ensuring our users have a seamless IT experience.

What you'll do:

1. Act as the go-to person for all technical inquiries and issues, resolving them creatively and efficiently.
2. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT systems, including MS Win 10 and MS Active Directory.
3. Handle hardware and software installations, network configurations, and actively participate in IT projects (rollouts, migrations, hands & eyes support).
4. Analyze and document system and application errors, ensuring timely resolution.

What you'll need:

1. Completed training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or at least 2 years of experience in IT support.
2. Strong software and hardware knowledge in Second Level Support, particularly within the Microsoft environment.
3. Experience working with ticketing systems.
4. Excellent communication skills in fluent German (C1) and good English language proficiency for daily use.
