Join Kühne Logistics University's Career Services & Employer Relations team to enhance our student-oriented services and foster employer engagement. As part of our dynamic team, you'll contribute to our integrated career skills course, preparing our intercultural student community for internships and entry into business and industry. You'll also assist in organizing key events, play a vital role in our marketing activities, build lasting relationships with Human Resources professionals and recruiters, and help develop and implement innovative projects. Your Responsibilities
- Supporting planning, implementing and organizing of career events and projects (e.g. our alumni career talks and our career fair, but also innovative outreach projects within our university community).
- Assisting marketing of events, news, jobs, cooperations (by drafting marketing materials, posting in social media channels, newsletters, KLU portals).
- Providing support in employer-facing activities and services, including upkeep of accurate employer-related data.
- Getting involved in student facing activities, responding to student queries, providing student advice and ensuring the accurate upkeep of student-related data.
Your qualifications
- Registered student, enrollment as a regular student (gn*) at a state-recognized higher education institution.
- Enjoys (and ideally has first experiences in) the preparation and execution of events, projects - is simply a talent for everything organizational.
- Very good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Confident command of MS Office Programs, marketing tools (like CANVA) and social media, and the ability and willingness to familiarize yourself with new systems.
- A knack for working with data.
- Service oriented, structured, diligent and reliable way of working.

- An employment contract as a working student for 15 to 20 hours per week.
