As a Senior Product Owner, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering our data initiatives, working at the intersection of business and technology. You will drive strategic priorities, oversee complex backlogs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while delivering exceptional value to stakeholders. Acting as a thought leader, you will collaborate with diverse teams to champion data excellence across the organization.
Successfully completed studies in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration) as well as minimum 7 years of professional working experience.
Several years (at least 3-5 years) of proven experience as a Senior Product Owner, preferably in a data-driven environment.
Demonstrated expertise in delivering large-scale data platform solutions across multiple geographies.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile/Scrum practices.
Expertise in Data Platform design, development, rollout, and operation across diverse geographies for leveraging customer data.
Proficient stakeholder communication in matrixed organizations, demonstrating negotiation and influencing skills.
Proven track record as an Agile Product Owner, driving iterative development cycles.
Comprehensive experience in end-to-end product management, including requirement definition and backlog management.
Understanding of data governance, security protocols, and regulatory compliance in customer data handling.
Strong stakeholder management skills, fostering communication and alignment with organizational goals, while being analytical, proactive, and open-minded.
