Role Overview:
As a Helicopter Mechanic (A&P) in Linden, NJ, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our fleet's safety and readiness, managing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in compliance with Part 135 regulations. Reporting to our Director of Maintenance, you’ll lead repair coordination, oversee the maintenance schedule, and mentor junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and coordinate maintenance in alignment with FAA regulations.
Oversee daily repair tasks and provide management reports.
Collaborate with our Parts Coordinator to ensure timely part orders.
Support our Director of Maintenance in discussions with senior management.
Uphold quality control and training standards.

Qualifications:

Current FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic Certificate.
3+ years of experience in helicopter maintenance.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Experience with Bell 407/427; knowledge of Airbus AS350 B2/B3 or EC130/EC155 is a plus.
Available to work 3pm-11pm shifts, Mon-Fri, with occasional weekends.
