And through delivering a safe and efficient digital healthcare service, we've provided over 8 million consultations across the UK, Germany, France, and Ireland, enabling millions of people with essential access to healthcare when they needed it most.

About the role

The digital healthcare market is a very exciting and competitive space that has seen considerable growth over the last few years.

We’re looking for a working student in Motion and Graphic Design to help us create visually engaging content that enhances the patient experience. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our creative and marketing teams, crafting motion graphics and animations that make healthcare feel more approachable and engaging. Your work will help translate complex medical information into visuals that are clear, supportive, and easy to understand for our patients.

Key Accountabilities

1. Develop storyboards and animations, bringing visual concepts to life across digital platforms like social media and ads.
2. Transform storyboards and creative ideas into polished animations that enhance our brand’s digital presence.
3. Design engaging marketing assets for social media, emails, and the website, ensuring high quality within brand guidelines.
4. Collaborate closely with the Creative and Marketing teams, incorporating feedback from senior members to refine animations and improve quality.
5. Contribute original ideas and stay open to constructive feedback, helping foster a collaborative team environment.
6. Experiment with creative techniques and stay updated on industry trends to keep our designs fresh, impactful, and aligned with the latest standards.

Technical skills & experience

1. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a design-related field.
2. Skilled in creating high-quality animations and clearly communicating visual concepts.
3. Solid understanding of graphic design principles, animation, typography, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
4. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency.
5. Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator; eager to learn new tools as needed.
6. Capable of troubleshooting technical issues related to rendering and video export.
7. Fluent in spoken and written German and English.
8. Strong portfolio showcasing a blend of animation and graphic design.
9. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively in a team.
