Responsibilities:
Carrying out the daily routine at the reception
Contact person for all questions and concerns at the reception to ensure the well-being of the guests at the highest level
Preparation of interim and final accounts, sales lists, etc.
Organize, prepare and set up check-in for all boarding passengers
Independent preparation of all documents, lists (passenger and crew lists), entry cards, forms in cooperation with the Chief Purser / Crew Purser for the local authorities
Compliance with quality standards, guidelines and regulations in the area of administration and cleanliness in the reception area
Protection of confidential data
Duration of your 1st contract: 3-6 months (also after individual consultation)
Requirements:
Vocational training in the hotel industry and several years of professional experience at the reception in upscale international hotels
Confident and personable demeanor and very well-groomed manners
High performance, resilience, reliability and team spirit
Business fluent German and very good English skills (spoken and written), any other foreign language is an advantage
