About the Role

As a European expert in HRIS and payroll solutions, SD Worx supports its Clients in their HR Digital Transformation strategy.

To support and accelerate its growth in the Large Enterprise market, SD Worx is creating a new Sales Executive position in Germany dedicated to SAP Success Factors solutions.

As a Sales Executive, you play a central role in our growth strategy in Germany and internationally.

Responsibilities

  1. Detect and manage complex business opportunities, mainly working with major German and/or international accounts in the DACH region.
  2. Build a strong pipeline, generate and transform sales leads.
  3. Build a relevant business action plan to achieve your goals.
  4. Follow up on long and complex sales cycles to close your deals.
  5. Develop long-term relationships with SAP Success Factors Sales teams and with your prospects and customers.

What You Have to Offer

  1. A successful experience in complex sales (Consulting Selling) with major international accounts.
  2. Comfortable in high-level negotiations and managing long sales cycles.
  3. Experience in the world of Human Resources and ideally in the sale of HRIS / payroll solutions.
  4. Proactive in prospecting and efficient in bringing a sale to fruition.
  5. Knowledge of the SAP Success Factors ecosystem is a real plus.
  6. A fluent level of English and German is required for this position.
