As our IT Project Manager, you’ll build and drive a lightweight Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring clear processes, transparency, and efficiency across all IT projects. Your work will cut delays, eliminate bottlenecks, and keep projects on track.

The location of this position is Germany, with the option to work remotely or from any of our locations within the country.

Your Job :

• Establish and lead the PMO within Corporate IT.
• Define and implement standardized project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Coordinate cross-departmental IT projects to align with corporate goals.
• Track KPIs, report progress, and ensure transparency across all initiatives.
• Develop and enforce project governance frameworks for structured execution.

Your Profile :

• Proven experience in setting up and managing an IT PMO.
• Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in project governance, risk management, and planning.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Confident communicator who can engage with senior leadership.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects within time and budget.
• Language skills: minimum German B2 & English B2.

Contracts, Salary, and non-monetary benefits:

• All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months).
• Our fixed base salary is paid within 12 salaries and as extra, you have a 10% variable that is based on company performance.

Location-independency & Flexibility:

Full Remote:

• We work fully remotely within Germany and you can work from anywhere; however, we have regular on-site team events and you can work at any of our sites in Germany.

Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.

Set-up: For this, we will provide you with a tailored tech set-up (Dell devices, the standard remote package includes a notebook, 2 monitors, headset, mouse + keyboard, docking station).

Vacation: 30 days a year.
