YOUR TASKS:

1. Support Nordex service in fleet assessments for pitch & yaw components.
2. Analysis of the operation performance of the pitch & yaw systems.
3. Investigation, development and implementation of potential improvements for the reliability of the pitch & yaw systems in coordination with System Leads and Component Responsible.
4. Development of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) in coordination with other Engineering Departments and Service Department.
5. Techno-commercial evaluation of improvement measures.
6. Managing technical projects related to reliability, quality or costs.
7. Support to DFMEA development and of quality assurance.

YOUR PROFILE:

1. Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or comparable university degree.
2. 5+ years in the wind turbine sector, specifically with pitch and yaw systems.
3. Knowledge and experience about pitch and yaw systems: bearing, gears, lubrication.
4. Knowledge in quality assurance methodologies preferred.
5. Comfortable to work in multi-national, multi-cultural teams.
6. Willingness and ability to travel occasionally.
7. Ability to manage projects and to work as a team with good analytical skills, and the flexibility and dynamism in the execution of tasks.
8. Fluent English, ideally skills in German and/or Spanish.
