Job Responsibilities:
Act as the finance contact for all Amazon-related transactions.
Create credit notes and clear customer accounts receivable.
Raise dispute cases in Amazon Vendor Central and work to resolve/follow up them in a timely manner.
Create new customers in SAP/FI and update price changes as necessary.
Create accruals for sales rebates and perform complex reconciliations.
Continuously improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency.
Pre-requisites:
At least 2 years of professional experience in Amazon Dispute Management.
Accounting experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Advanced Excel knowledge and experience with SAP/FI are preferred.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A team player who is able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
