Your responsibilities

We at the Global Training Innovation Department provide comprehensive and cutting-edge training solutions for healthcare professionals worldwide. We focus on developing and delivering a variety of educational programs to ensure that users of Sysmex products are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills they need by using the newest technology to supply interactive training solutions.

As a 3D Artist (f/m/x) you will be responsible for creating high quality training videos and interactive training solutions by preparing CAD data with the help of 3D Studio Max and Unreal Engine 5. You will create technical animations of our analysers and develop interactive solutions with Blueprints and the use of Pixelstreaming as technology to provide our trainings worldwide. Our goal is to be able to create digital twins of our analysers in the future.

You will collaborate with our educational instructors and subject matter experts to bring our projects to life, ensuring they meet the highest standards of visual excellence and interactivity.

• Create detailed animations using 3D Studio Max
• Develop and implement interactive environments and assets in Unreal Engine 5
• Utilize coding and Blueprints to enhance functionality and interactivity
• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts and developers to achieve project goals
• Optimize CAD data for performance, quality and import to Unreal Engine 5
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Your profile

• Proven experience as a 3D Artist
• Proficiency in 3D Studio Max and Unreal Engine
• Experience with Blueprints
• Excellent understanding of 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A portfolio showcasing your 3D artwork and projects
• Excellent English language skills
• Design sense: An eye for aesthetics and design, as well as the ability to take on project responsibility
• Team spirit: You enjoy working with others and communicate clearly and effectively
• Solid technical understanding, as well as a structured and detail-oriented working style

Nice to Have: Experience in game development or technical visualization, using development frameworks, UX/UI Design, creating User Interfaces in Unreal Engine, image editing programs such as Photoshop or Aftereffects, coding skills.

In 2025 we will move to our new building in Hamburg Alsterdorf!
