Job Description:

Our store is looking for a Sales Associate (Working Student Contract).

Your Responsibilities:

1. Provide each customer with a unique experience:

• Warmly and cordially greet every customer
• Assist and engage customers during their shopping experience
• Offer the best advice on products and services to promote sales
• Manage and process Click & Collect orders
• Handle cash transactions in accordance with procedures

Add Style to Your Store:

1. Participate in deliveries, regular restocking, and introducing new products and themes to highlight our collections

• Adhere to our merchandising plan to inspire our customers

Contribute Actively to Your Store's Success:

1. Understand your store's commercial objectives and implement action plans with managers and the team to achieve goals

• Increase sales promotion and conversion rates

Be a Brand Ambassador / Spread and Embody Brand Values:

1. Be an ambassador and representative of the brand (know company projects, share with customers, etc.)
