Job Summary:

The Field Applications Engineer (FAE) will be responsible for identifying and addressing emerging customers with the MPSNow team and partners, driving MPS business in the region.

Essential Functions:

1. Contribute to MPS Revenue growth in the region through direct and indirect technical sales activities.
2. Develop solid technical understanding of our products and relevant solutions.
3. Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow MPS business.
4. Support customer designs with deep technical support from start to finish.
5. Gather customer feedback towards the development of next generation MPS solutions.
6. Drive customer requirements internally and manage all levels of follow-up and support ensuring that the customer’s needs and requirements are exceeded.
7. Work as a team with the assigned MPS Now FAE team and effectively manage this resource to maximize value-add to the customer.

Qualifications:

1. Self-driven and willing to build up MPS Europe emerging customer business.
2. Ability to interface directly with customers and MPS Distribution.
3. Ability to communicate at all levels, both written and oral.
4. Oral/written proficiency in English.
5. Willing to travel.
