Responsibilities:
Responsible for a restaurant with about 50 guests
Support of the Assistant Maître during the day-to-day business and the creation of the duty roster
Organization and control of the subordinate Chef de Rangs and Commis de Rangs
Enforcement of quality and hygiene standards
Contact person for passengers for suggestions, proposals or complaints
Motivating crew members to provide excellent service
Duration of your 1st contract: 3-6 months (also after individual consultation)

Qualifications:
Apprenticeship in the restaurant or hotel sector as well as several years of professional experience in a management position
Very good expertise in the service and kitchen area as well as beverage / wine knowledge
Passionate hosts with friendly, polite and correct manners

Quality and cost awareness
Very good knowledge of German and good English (spoken and written)
